Why this blog made-

                         This blog has been made for the judges ,advocates and law students of the India and other countries.this blog provides practical and procedural knowledge of law. this blog would be written in Hindi and English in both languages ,because in India very large number of the people are not able to under stand English language. most of the books articles and material in English .there is no material available in local languages like Hindi etc. all articles based on legal research the pronouncement of Hon'ble Indian supreme court and High courts of the state has been illustrated in a proper place in the article.

Purpose-

                         This blog made for the weaker legal fraternity and law students and junior advocates and young judges of the India and other country. this blog is based on compiled legal articles written by the legal experts . simple expression is the best quality of this blog. it is very important to mentioned here that legal articles are very helpful for comparative research purposes. the purpose of this blogs also to invite the young authors from international community by which the intersectoral approach should be developed a dynamic theorem of the jurisprudence by which for the benefit of the world community a dynamic legal forum should be developed.

Future program-

                                      The plan of this blog to includes retired judges, professors young law students from the world community for legal research work as well as articles based on jurisprudence. the main future program is that new kind of the legal system should be developed and to give the way to all democratic countries for future legal reforms . I would like to invite the author of the world community to write legal research based articles in his own regional language by which a comparative legal material could be available on the same place . most of the site work commercial and professionally to earn money but purpose of this site without any barriers you can read legal articles but these articles can not be published in same manner without the consent of the admin or author.

यह ब्लॉग भारत और अन्य देशों के न्यायाधीशों, अधिवक्ताओं और कानून के स्टेडेंट्स के लिए बनाया गया है। यह ब्लॉग कानून का व्यावहारिक और प्रक्रियात्मक ज्ञान प्रदान करता है। यह ब्लॉग हिंदी और अंग्रेजी दोनों भाषाओं में लिखा जाएगा, क्योंकि भारत में बहुत बड़ी संख्या में लोग अंग्रेजी  भाषा को नहीं समझ सकते हैं। अधिकांश पुस्तकें लेख और सामग्री अंग्रेजी भाषा में लिखी गयीं हैं। स्थानीय भाषाओं जैसे हिंदी आदि में कोई सुसंगत विधिक सामग्री उपलब्ध नहीं है।

उद्देश्य -

यह ब्लॉग कमजोर कानूनी बिरादरी वाले व्यक्तियों , कानून के छात्रों , जूनियर अधिवक्ताओं और भारत तथा  अन्य देश के युवा न्यायाधीशों के लिए बनाया गया है। यह ब्लॉग कानूनी विशेषज्ञों द्वारा लिखित संकलित कानूनी लेखों पर आधारित है। सरल अभिव्यक्ति इस ब्लॉग का सबसे अच्छा गुण है।

भविष्य के कार्यक्रम

इस ब्लॉग की योजना में कानूनी शोध कार्यों के लिए सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीशों के साथ-साथ न्यायशाष्त्रीय दृष्टकोण वाले व्यक्तियों  का सहयोग प्राप्त किया जा रहा है तहा सभी लेख विशद शोध पर पर आधारित हैं।इस ब्लाग का यह उद्देश्य भी है कि अंतरष्ट्रीय स्तर के उन विधि के जानकारों के लेख आमंत्रित किये जा सकें , ये लेख क्षेत्रीय भाषा में हों जिससे एक तुलनात्मक दृष्टिकोण विकसित हो सके। भारत में ही बहुत भाषाएँ बोली जाती है, इनके लेख भी आमंत्रित किये जायेंगे।
